And me here sad, crying...
But I know I shouldn't!
I wipe away my tears as I listen to a moving story of the life of a German Jew survivor of concentration fields who passed away at the age of 100, Eddie Jaku.
I know I'm wrong and I recognize my mistake.
Life is not to be wasted despite we know that tomorrow will come, we must live today.
One should not hate what cannot be changed or hate offenses that we had received.
Eddie Jaku, said that hate is a disease that can wipe out the enemy but will also kill us in the process. He also said that we should be happy, helpful, polite and kind. It is true!
Thanking, being cheerful, loving the family, being affectionate and patient is what we should do to have a good life.
This is our time. Those who left had their time, little for us. But who are we to judge the length of time? Time cannot be judged by a calendar, but by what has been lived and by the mission.
And the mission of each one is not determined by us.
It's better to smile than to cry... And it is better to be happy than to be sad because sadness is the worst thing that exists as the Brazilian poet Vinicius de Morais said.
