Yes, a tragedy, but faith lulls today and promises tomorrow!

I received through a group of whatsApp a message that transcribed a newspaper article. This article stated among other things that a young man who dies in a motorcycle accident or a person who is diagnosed with a serious illness, for example, would not be tragedies since things like this happen every day.

My friends in the group applauded. However, it is certain that for the mother of this boy who died in the motorcycle accident or that person who received the news of the disease, these facts are tragedies.

Tragedy is a very bad real fact that happened and will never be forgotten. And we well know what that is. What happened to our children was in fact a tragedy in our lives.

In the same article the author states that life is a tangle of coincidences and accidents. I can not agree with that either. That is to say that God does not exist. Believe that would be another tragedy as if that was true there would be no hope or consolation.

But I agree that life is today, that we should not wait for better days for the realization nor cease to approach the family in any hypothesis.

I remember when our son was still physically here I often went to work listening to the radio on the car `The Long and Winding Road` and sometimes I cried and wondered why. Was it anticipating a near sadness or was I sad because I had no cause for sadness? Waste of time.

We have missions to fulfill and when ours is completed, and we never know when this happens, we can leave at any moment and live in peace and happiness on another plane, as Jesus promised. But while it does not happen to live and accept our tragedy is the greatest wisdom. Always keeping faith!
